Ingredients

  1. 200 gmoong
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomata chopped
  4. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  5. Curry leaves some
  6. 1 tspJeera
  7. 1/4 tspHaldi
  8. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspLemon juice
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 2 tspOil
  13. Green chilli 1 chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak the moong dal overnight and next day boiled the moog80 percentage.

    In a panput oil and heat it then add jeera hing and fry for 1 minute then add green chilli onion ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes still soft fryfor 2 minutes then add dry masalas fry for 2 minutes then add green moong boiled and cooked for 5 minutes and add lemon juice and grammasala. Just try for 2 minutes and of the flame...

    Granish with carionder leaves.serve with chapati..
