Salvadoran Quesadilla #2

I named it this way because I already published a recipe I found on YouTube. A few days ago, while at a fabric and thread store, a kind lady and I started chatting and exchanging recipes. She kindly shared her family's recipe with me. Thank you very much, ma'am. Here it is for you all. I must say, in my opinion, the first recipe I published is tastier.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Here are the ingredients.
- 2
Mix the pancake mix with the Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Melt the butter in the microwave.
- 4
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
- 5
Separate the egg yolks and whites. The little white mold you see with a yolk, I bought at a dollar store and it helps separate yolks from whites. Super practical.
- 6
Beat the egg whites, then add the yolks.
- 7
Add the sugar and butter. Continue beating.
- 8
Gradually add the pancake mix and cheese mixture. Add the sour cream. Beat thoroughly.
- 9
Pour this mixture into the pan.
- 10
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 11
Bake for 40 minutes.
- 12
This is how it looks. See how it puffed up.
- 13
Serve hot with a glass of milk.

Quesadilla Quesadilla
A quesadilla or sometimes specifically a cheese quesadilla, is a Mexican dish and type of taco, consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and sometimes meats, beans, vegetables, and spices, and then cooked on a griddle. Traditionally, a corn tortilla is used, but it can also be made with a flour tortilla, particularly in northern Mexico and the United States.A full quesadilla is made with two tortillas that hold a layer of cheese between them. A half is a single tortilla that has been filled with cheese and folded into a half-moon shape. A quick version of the quesadilla, the cheese tortilla, is microwaved and often served to children. Stuffed Quesadilla Stuffed Quesadilla
This is a recipe inspired by needing to empty out the fridge. In hindsight, mushrooms would have probably been great in this, leftover corn, tomato, black beans, or any sort of meat you have leftover.. It's a great basic recipe. Also, I'm usually only cooking for myself, but this recipe cooks up nicely for many more people. I had tons of sauce leftover and with a little more vegetables and tortilla shells, this can easily be made for more people. Jenny -

Chorizo n Egg Quesadillas Chorizo n Egg Quesadillas
I was married to a half Latina who got me hooked on chorizo and eggs. Been eating it ever since. The standard recipe is just putting it into a bowl and eating it with pieces of tortilla. This is my little variation on that. Adds some different textures and flavors. Whitetrash Gastronome
