Ingredients

quick fry
  1. Decent piece of stake
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 1large pepper
  4. 1good bunch of mushroom
  5. Small onion
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. 2red chillies
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. 1glug of soya sauce

Steps

quick fry
  1. 1

    Fry stake to taste

  2. 2

    Chop everything up small, heat up some olive oil and throw the lot in, fry on a high heat.

  3. 3

    Add soya sauce to taste. Cook down so the mix is dried... serve with stake on top.
