Okro soup with smoke fish sauce#abjmom #MyHubFav

Put smoked fish in bowl, sprinkle salt and pour hot water. After two minutes, strain water. Rinse over running water and set aside.

Wash and blend tomatoes, pepper and onions.

In a pot, pour oil and add blended veggies. Allow to fry, add maggi and pour in fish. Turn to each side to ensure it is covered in sauce.

Rinse okro. Cut in circles. Pour little water in pot, add salt. Allow to boil then pour in okro. Allow to cook for two minutes. Take it of for and allow to cool a little.

While waiting for okro to cool. Quickly prepare the ball food. I prepared poundo yam with this recipe.

Now that okro is cool, pour in blender and blend.
