Soak the oats in yogurt along with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds & black raisins for half an hour.

In a grinder add strawberries, banana, beet root and the soaked oats. Make a purée and add 1/2 cup of milk and honey and blend again.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with fruits and dry fruits of your choice.
