Ingredients

15 minutes.
3servings.
  • 2 cupsWhole wheat flour
  • 1 cupChopped methi leaves
  • 1 cupChopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tea spoonChopped green chillies
  • 1 tea spoonAjwain
  • 1 table spoonGhee / oil
  • 1/2 cupGhee/oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes.
  1. 1

    Take flour in a bowl,add all the ingredients.Mix well till look crumbly.

  2. 2

    Make a dough with lukewarm water.Take care that dough should be a little hard than normal paratha dough.

  3. 3

    Cover and leave for 10minutes.

  4. 4

    Make 6equal portions and roll each portion into paratha.

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium flame,apply 1tea spoon ghee/oil and fry till golden.

  6. 6

    Make all parathe in same way.

  7. 7

    Serve with achar/curd.
