Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes
  2. 2 cupsmilk (about 480 ml)
  3. 1 cupthick sour cream, 4% fat (about 240 ml)
  4. 1garlic clove
  5. 3eggs
  6. 2 1/2 ozshredded Swiss cheese (about 70 grams)
  7. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.

  2. 2

    Pour the milk into a saucepan and cook the potatoes in it for 10 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  4. 4

    Whisk the eggs with the shredded cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Add this mixture to the potatoes, place everything in a baking dish, and bake for 45 minutes.
