Ingredients

  • 1big cup Rice
  • 250 mlg/oil
  • 2big carrots
  • 1small green pepper
  • Little green beans
  • 1 tsptumeric powder
  • Seasoning
  • 1onion
  • Red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and strain

    Chopped up onion, carrots, peppers, green beans and stir fry

    Add seasonings and tumeric

  4. 4

    Add parboiled rice and a little water to soften rice. Add red pepper and cook until done.

  5. 5

    I served with peppered beef.
