This is my innovative sauce. This sauce can be served with vrat special bufvada, sabudana vada or sago dosa, sana rice idli, Rajgira fritters etc.

This is my innovative sauce. This sauce can be served with vrat special bufvada, sabudana vada or sago dosa, sana rice idli, Rajgira fritters etc.
Steps

Remove skin of beetroot. Cut into small pieces. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook it until it soften. Let it cool.

Meanwhile remove skin of apples. Cut into cubes. Put apple pieces and cooked beetroot in a mixer jar. Blend until smooth paste.

Strain with steel strainer.

Transfer it in a nonstick pan. Cook it on medium flame. Add salt, sugar and pepper. Stir well. Cook until it thickens. Remove from gas.

Add lemon juice. Once cool store in glass jar. It's shelf life is 2-3 week in fridge.
