Til Gud Tart

Heat a pan dry roast the til. Keep it aside

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee

When ghee melt add gud and stir continuously.

When gud gets cooked to one string consistency add til and mix well
- 5
Now add cardamon powder, mix well and switch off the gas
- 6
Grease tart mould and set the prepared mixture in the form of tart.

After some time de mould the tart, arrange these tarts beautifully with roasted chopped cashewnuts or almonds as u wish.
