Steps

In non stick kadhai heat butter,add chopped onion and saute for 2 mins.

Add broccoli florets and chopped garlic flakes,mix and saute again.

Now add vegetables stock(water from boiled mixed vegetables like peas,carrots & potato). Let it boil on medium flame for 5-7 mins.Cool this mixture.

Add this mixture in blender to make puree.

Pour in same kadhai, add milk, fresh cream,salt, black pepper powder to taste mix and simmer for few minutes.

Pour hot Almond Broccoli Soup into serving bowl,serve with toasted garlic bread slices.
