Steps

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onions & saute.

Add Ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped tomatoes & green chillies.

Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, garammasala, coriander powder. Saute till oil starts to leave the sides of the onion tomato masala mixer.

Add chopped mushrooms, peas& capsicum.

Saute for 2-3 min. Then add little water.

Cover the pan & cook till the peas are softened.

Serve magar mushroom hot with rotis, naan or chapatis.
