Ingredients

  • 250 gmSpinach chopped
  • 1 cupdahi
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchhing

Steps

    Mix dahi and besan and add 3 cups water and keep boiling

  2. 2

    Add palak and salt

  3. 3

    Stir continuously till a boil

  4. 4

    Let it boil add hing in last and serve with bazra roti.
