Preparation for stuffing :
Now take a large bowl and add potato (cut into 4 or 8 pieces) and green peas add turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, salt and mix well so that the potatoes and green peas get coated with the masala evenly. - 2
Heat a pan and add oil.
Now add onions , tomato, ginger garlicand saute to cook.
Now add the masala coated potato and green peas to the pan and mix well - 3
Let it cook well,leave it in low flame for about 1/2 hour and keep stiring . Dontcook in high flame , itl taste good only if u give enough time to cook .
After it's cooked let it cool down and now smash the stuffing and keep aside
Toast a bread and place the stuffing in it and cover with another bread toast . Now press it on the thawa for 1/2 a minute .
Now transfer to a serving plate and cut iot diagonaly and serve with tomato sauce .It makes a complete breakfast.
