Add the semolina in a bowl

Add all the vegetables, greens and dry ingredients besides the bread slices

Then add the curdand water

Mix well to create a spreadable topping

Keep the mix covered while you slice the sides of the bread slices

Once done, drizzle and heat oil to pan fry on a non stick pan

Add a tablespoon full of the stuffing prepared on one side of the slices

Add the stuffing side first on the pan and fry till crisp and then flip to toast the other side

Take off heat and serve while warm accompanied with ketchup
