In a pan, saute the garlic and then add the boiled corn.

Then add the sliced mushrooms and fry till water evaporates.

Add chopped spinach and saute well.Add oregano powder and little salt. Then, add the milk followed by the cheese.

Let everything cook and dry up. The stuffing is ready

For Almond butter, put the almonds in a powerful mixer or food processor and switch it on.

After sometime, grainy texture will be seen collecting at the sides. Scrape it and bring it to the center and switch on again.

After around 20-25 minutes, a smooth glossy texture will be seen forming a mass. Little Oil can be added to facilitate blending if you are finding it difficult.

Once done, let it cool and use on bread or optionally (as I did) add the garlic powder, salt and honey for enhanced taste and flavours.

For assembling the sandwich, spread a layer of the almond butter on the first slice of bread, then add the shredded cabbage followed by the stuffing prepared, finishing with cabbage on top layer. Cover it with another slice of bread and enjoy with a cup of black coffee.
