Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFinely chopped Betel leaves
  2. 2 tspDiamond sugar
  3. 1/4 cupScented sweet areca nut
  4. 1/2 cupGulkand
  5. 1/4 cupRaisin
  6. 1/2 cupJaggery powder
  7. 1/4 cupCoconut powder
  8. 2 tspWater
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan add Jaggery powder and water to make thick Jaggery syrup keep stirring till one String consistency turn off the gas.allow to cool.

    Grind one cup of betel leaves and areca nut coarsely. Add to Jaggery syrup add chopped betel leaves, diamond sugar, cardamom powder mix well divide small portion to make balls, stuff raisins and gulkand and make laddus. Arrange in serving plate. Enjoy.
