Put ghee in wok and melt it than add the besan.stir continuouly.when besan's colour changes.add milk powder, milk,sugar.

Stir continuouly till ghee leaves corner.

Pour batter into greased plate.and sprinke some pista and badam..cut into desire shape.

CLay burfi is ready to serve.why it called clay burfl because it's soft like clay.
