  • 500 gmpumpkin chopped
  • 1tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 2 tspfenugreek seeds
  • 2 tspnigella seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspcurry masala
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add five spices

  2. 2

    Add pumpkin and all spices mix wella and cover a lid

  3. 3

    Cook till pumpkin get soft off the flame,add sugar andd mix...do not cook after adding sugar
