  1. 500 gmpumpkin chopped
  2. 1tspCumin seeds
  3. 1 tspFennel seeds
  4. 2 tspfenugreek seeds
  5. 2 tspnigella seeds
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tbspcurry masala
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add five spices

  2. 2

    Add pumpkin and all spices mix wella and cover a lid

  3. 3

    Cook till pumpkin get soft off the flame,add sugar andd mix...do not cook after adding sugar
