500 gmpumpkin chopped
1tspCumin seeds
1 tspFennel seeds
2 tspfenugreek seeds
2 tspnigella seeds
to tasteSalt
1 tspturmeric
1 tbspcurry masala
2 tbspoil
to tasteSugar

Heat oil add five spices
2

Add pumpkin and all spices mix wella and cover a lid
3

Cook till pumpkin get soft off the flame,add sugar andd mix...do not cook after adding sugar
