Ingredients

  1. 350 grpasta (small Penne - Elbow - shell etc)
  2. 6large sprigs of Dill well chopped and extra for garnish
  3. 2 tbsVirgin Olive Oil
  4. 1 tbswhite wine vinegar
  5. 300 mldouble cream
  6. 180 grsmoked salmon
  7. to tasteFresh ground Black Pepper

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes until it is just cooked..

  2. 2

    Drain well and run under cold water to stop it cooking further.

  3. 3

    Combine all the remaing ingredients (except the smoked salmon and reserved dill) with the oil. Put into the bowl of a food processor and mix until well blended.

    Take the smoked salmon and clice inti small strips.

  5. 5

    Put the cooled pasta and the salmon into a mixing bowl.

  6. 6

    Pour the dressing over the pasta and carefully toss, then garnish with the remaing dill.

  7. 7

    Transfer to a serving bowl to allow each person to help themselves
