Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Dill
This simple dish can be used as a starter, or a side salad as well. If using as a main dish, serve larger portions.

Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes until it is just cooked..

Drain well and run under cold water to stop it cooking further.

Combine all the remaing ingredients (except the smoked salmon and reserved dill) with the oil. Put into the bowl of a food processor and mix until well blended.

Take the smoked salmon and clice inti small strips.

Put the cooled pasta and the salmon into a mixing bowl.

Pour the dressing over the pasta and carefully toss, then garnish with the remaing dill.

Transfer to a serving bowl to allow each person to help themselves
