Ingredients

  1. 8chicken drumsticks
  2. 170 grbutter
  3. 2 tbsoil - peanut or sunflower- not olive oil,
  4. 6 tbsclear honey
  5. 1 tbsDijon mustard
  6. 1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
  7. to tasteFreshly ground pepper and salt
  8. 450 grbreadcrumbs - freshly made are good
  9. Coriander for garnish

    Grill the drumsticks for about 6-7 minutes, turning constantly to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 180 C

  3. 3

    Place the oil, butter and honey int a small pan until the ingredients are warm and well combined.

  4. 4

    Add the mustard and coriander to the pan and add pepper to taste, then stir well to combine.

  5. 5

    Brush all over the drumsticks and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear when the drumsticks are pierced.

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander and serve with a nice crusty bread.
