Grill the drumsticks for about 6-7 minutes, turning constantly to ensure even cooking.

Preheat the oven to 180 C

Place the oil, butter and honey int a small pan until the ingredients are warm and well combined.

Add the mustard and coriander to the pan and add pepper to taste, then stir well to combine.

Brush all over the drumsticks and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear when the drumsticks are pierced.

Garnish with coriander and serve with a nice crusty bread.
