In a large bowl add the beef, salt and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes

In a hot cooking pan, add the oil and butter. Once melted add the beef, cook for 10 minutes or until brown.

Add the minced garlic, soy sauce and mirin. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil (optional) and serve on a steaming rice while hot.
