Steps

Add olive oil in one pan and sauté mushrooms and onions in it (also add any meat like chicken or sausage if wanted). At the same time heat up a separate pan of the chicken broth.

Add rice into mushroom pan and Sautee for 2 minutes.

Add wine into main pan and stir until absorbed.

Slowly add broth a half cup at a time and stir until all is absorbed.

Add butter, Parmesan, balsamic vinegar, and any wanted spices. Stir until melted.

Serve and enjoy!
