Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk powder (good quality Recommend Nido)
  2. 1 tbspmaida
  3. 2 tspdesi ghee
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1small egg (if large use half or quarter)
  6. 1 ltrmilk
  7. 1/2-3/4 cupsugar (according to taste)
  8. few strands of saffron
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder (half in dry mixture + half in boil milk)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients with ghee then make a soft dough with egg.

    Made small ball aprox 12-15 (or depend upon size)

    Meanwhile boil milk with sugar, saffron & cardamom powder

    When balls are ready quickly add in boiling milk n cook for couple of minutes (until ball sized is double)
    Garnish with nuts

    Serve chilled
