Cut the idli slices

Turn on the flame and heat a pan

Add oil in it

Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and fry it for few seconds.

Add curry leaves in idli

Add Sambhar masala, red chilii powder,dry mango powder and salt

Mix it well

Fry it for 3-4 mins on low medium flame

Turn off the flame and ready to serve
