Baked Gulab Jamun Cheesecake

Crush biscuits in a food processor into a fine powder

Add melted butter and combine to make a dough.

Transfer it to a 20c springform pan evenly distributed to all the sides.

Bake this in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.

For the cheese layer mix paneer,cardamom powder,hung Yoghurt, condensed milk smoothly in a blender.

Fold the mixture with the whipped cream very gently.

Meanwhile mix saffron in warm milk.

Let it cool.

Mix this saffron infused milk into the above mentioned paneer mixture.

Mix thoroughly and gently.

Take out the pan from the oven.

Put a layer of gulab jamun.

Pour the mixture over it.

Bake this in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.

Let it cool completely.

Take out the cheesecake from the pan.

Garnish with dried rose petals, pistachios and gulab jamun.
