Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour (and extra)
  • 50 gramsmagarine
  • Sprinkles
  • 1large egg
  • 4 tablespoonssugar(adjust to taste)
  • Handfuldiced dried fruits
  • Teaspoonvanilla flavour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the magarine and sugar for 3 minutes.

    Add the egg and whisk a bit

  3. 3

    Add the flour and mix, to form a stiff dough.. add vanilla flavour

  4. 4

    Work in the dried fruits and mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Cut out a chunk of dough and flatten on your washed hands or use a cutter. Of your choice...

  6. 6

    Decorate with sprinkles and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes...

    Serve with cold milk or cold juice
