Chapod Ghanto

Chapod Ghanto is a mouth watering dish of Odisha. Ghanto is a Lord Jagannath 's favourite dish and always prepared as one of the Chapan Bhogs in Jagannath temple.
I always like to cook ghanto in a fusion manner so I add dal to make the gravy thick.
