Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 poundground beef
  2. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  3. 8-10mushrooms sliced
  4. 2onions chopped
  5. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  6. 2/8 Ozcans of tomato paste
  7. 1/6 Ozcan tomato sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonoregano
  9. 1 teaspoongarlic salt
  10. to taste Pepper
  11. 1 poundrotini
  12. Cheese layer
  13. 8 ozcream cheese
  14. 2 cupscottage cheese
  15. 1/2 cupGreek yogurt
  16. 1/2 cupchopped green onions
  17. Chop and mash up two cloves of garlic
  18. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cook noodles in water salted

  2. 2

    To make sauce sauteed ground beef and oil until Brown and onions mushrooms cook 5 to 10 minutes till soft. Add tomato sauce and paste and Seasonings simmer for 15 minutes.

    Combine cottage cheese Greek yogurt, green onion garlic, salt and stir into noodles

  4. 4

    Lay down noodles in a 7 and 7 by 11 casserole pan, top with tomato mixture, top with parmesan, and breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
