Ingredients

6 to 8 servings
  1. 1 canevaporated milk
  2. 6eggs
  3. 6 3/4 ozcream cheese (about 190 grams)
  4. 1 cupsugar or 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  5. Vanilla to taste
  6. Stale bread to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the bread with the can of evaporated milk.

  2. 2

    Blend the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then gradually add the soaked bread.

    Cook in a water bath for 1 hour on the stove or in the oven.

    Make a caramel with a little sugar.

  5. 5

    Let it rest for 10 minutes and then unmold.
