Soak rice for 20 mins. And boil80%add salt 1tspoil and turmeric powder lemon juice and mint. Strain add cold water. on rice.

Now grate paneer add pinch salt pepper powder and 2tsp.arralot mix well.and divide in 4parts. Now add red in one part green colour in sec. And yellow in third part and 4th part is white to make egg. Now make a oval shape ball from white part and keep yellow ball in middle. Cover properly and coat with arralot. And fry in light colour on slow flame. Like this way make all colour small balls. Coat and fry.

Now heat ghee and oil in a pan add khada masala cuminseeds and chopped onion chopped tomato saute salt capsicum ginger chilli paste fresh boiled peas punjabi garam masala tandoori masala red chilli powder and rice mix well. Add mint leaves.

Now add colourful balls paneer egg slit from middle and add in pulao. Toss pulao. And give charcoal dhrungar.cover for 2mins.and remove charcoal. Garnish with mint leaves eggs and colourful balls. Serve with sweet curd. Vegetables EGG PULAO IS READY TO SERVE.
