Ingredients

  • To make moong dal halwa
  • 2 cupsmoong dal
  • 6 tbspghee
  • 2 tbsprawa
  • 1-1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupkesar milk
  • Dry fruits- almond, cashews, pistas
  • To make instant rabdi
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 1 tbspbread crumbs
  • 1/2 tbspmilk powder
  • 2 tbspcondensed milk
  • To make bread slice round shape
  • 6brown bread
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

    Soak moong dal for 6 hrs. Then grind it. Now heat ghee.

    Add the 2 tbsp rawa, cook till light brown. Now add moong dal. Keep mixing the dal. Add kesar to the milk.

    Add the milk and keep mixing it well till milk gets absorbed. Add sugar. Mix well. Let the sugar dissolve. When it's done, add dry fruits. Moong dal halwa is ready.

    Now take brown bread, cut it with the help of cookie cutter. Apply ghee on the tawa and roast the bread slices till brown and crispy.

    Now to make instant rabdi, heat milk, add milk powder, bread crumbs and condensed milk. Allow it to thicken.

    Ingredients to make rabdi. Bread crumbs, milk powder and condensed milk.

    Now to serve, place the bread slice, then apply the rabdi, then again bread slice and then top it with moong dal halwa, garnished with pistas.
