Shahi tukda rabdi with moong dal halwa

Soak moong dal for 6 hrs. Then grind it. Now heat ghee.

Add the 2 tbsp rawa, cook till light brown. Now add moong dal. Keep mixing the dal. Add kesar to the milk.

Add the milk and keep mixing it well till milk gets absorbed. Add sugar. Mix well. Let the sugar dissolve. When it's done, add dry fruits. Moong dal halwa is ready.

Now take brown bread, cut it with the help of cookie cutter. Apply ghee on the tawa and roast the bread slices till brown and crispy.

Now to make instant rabdi, heat milk, add milk powder, bread crumbs and condensed milk. Allow it to thicken.

Now to serve, place the bread slice, then apply the rabdi, then again bread slice and then top it with moong dal halwa, garnished with pistas.
