Ingredients

2 Persons
  1. 2 Cups Suji/ Semolina
  2. 1Big Finely Chopped Onion
  3. 2Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  4. 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  5. 2 Cups Roasted Peanut
  6. 250 GmsCurd
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  8. 1 tspBlack Mustard Seeds
  9. LeavesCurry
  10. 2Dry Red Chilli
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededWater
  13. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add semolina/suji, chopped coriander leaves,green chilli, 2 big spoon curd, water and mix it now add salt and mixwell.

    Time to give batter an aromat tadka for tadka heat tawa add 2 teaspoon of oil, black mustard seeds, curry leaves now add it to the batter and mix well. It enhance the flavour of dosa.

    Now in the same hot tawa add 2 big spoon batter and give it a round shape and cook it on low flame till one side cook properly and then turn another side and cook properly after both side cooked take it to a plate. Do the same with remaining batter.

    While making dosa time to make peanut chutney at the same time take roasted peanut in a blending jar add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds, salt and little water and make a thick smooth paste.

    Take out that peanut paste in a bowl and add curd as per your requirement (I have added 6 tablespoon of curd) and water if required and mix it well.

    Now time to give it a tadka to enhance it's flavour. In a tadka pan add 3 tablespoon of oil when oil is heated add black mustard seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves.

    Add that into chutney and mix well. So your dosa and peanut chutney is ready.

    Serve it as a breakfast or in your or your kids lunch box.
