Semolina pancake with chicken and offal pepper soup

In a bowl add your semolina yeast seasoning cube

Add your grated scotch bonnet and onions and parsley

Add water (as required)

Cover and allow it to rise

Heat oil in a pan using a brush

Scoop the batter and cover the pan

Flip the other side when it looks like this

For the sauce wash your cow tripe with lemon or vinegar to remove any unpleasant smell

In a pot add the tripe cloves ginger onion,garlic parlay,Oregano,Rosemary,cinnamon sticks and lemon juice. Cook for thirty minutes and drain the water and all the slices. This will make all the unpleasant smell vanish

Add another cups of water to the tripe add your chicken spices and seasoning. Grated onion and scotch bonnet cover the pot and allow it to cook till soft

Add grated garlic parsley and whole chilies ten minutes before taking it off the heat.
