Not your Mama's meatballs

So I wanted some meatballs quick fast in a hurry. I got off work late and my family had to eat dinner. So I grabbed a bag of meatballs and something to make a sauce out of which was cream of mushroom soup, and I figured beef stock make the sauce tasty and I was more than right!! My mom would never make meatballs like this so these are "Not your mama's meatballs". Enjoy!

Super easy to make and very more-ish, this is my go-to appetizer recipe, always popular at get togethers, dinner parties, family gatherings etc. I often get asked for the recipe and tease guests that it is a secret family recipe handed down from my grandmother, hence the name! #nikicuisine Niki Freeman -

Meatballs Meatballs
These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist. fenway -
