  1. 2 lbsChicken thighs or drumsticks
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspDried Oregano
  4. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  5. 0.5 tspSmoked Paprika
  6. 0.5 tspChili Powder
  7. 0.25 tspCumin
  8. 3Garlic Cloves, chopped
  9. 3 TbspOlive Oil
  10. 3 TbspLime Juice
  11. 3 TbspAgave Nectar
  12. 3 TbspTequila

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or container, mix well and cover. Marinate at least 6 hours.

  2. 2

    Grill on low heat for about 15 minutes on each side. When turning, baste chicken pieces with remaining marinade.
