Steps

Slice the onions thinly and take them in a mixing bowl after that add gram flour,baking soda,jeera powder,turmeric, ajwain and mix well. Add flour little by little sprinkling a little water.

The consistency should not be liquid at all.The batter should be thick. Heat oil in a kadai to fry.

After it becomes little brown remove and press it with a flat surface bowl and then fry it again.

Once it will be golden colour then take it out and serve hot with tea or sauce.
