Steps

First make a powder of badam and cardamom and keep aside. Measure lapsi and keep aside.

Now take ghee in a deep Kadai add the lapsi and roast it well. Now add the badam powder and roast it well.

Mix 1/4 cup milk with the dry almond powder and keep aside.(basically the powder that sticks to the blender will blend with the milk)

Once the lapsi and badam is cooked well add the carrot cook it and then add the water stir it then cook for two mins then add the milk stir and close it and cook it.

Close and cook like this !

Then take jaggery melt it in the microwave or stove, then strain it so that there are no sediments.

Pour the jaggery syrup into the cooked lapsi pan and stir well, close and cook till it thickens up.

Grease silicon cups and pour the halwa into it and chill it and serve.
