Here's another salad recipe—it's super tasty, even if my photo didn't turn out great!

Slice the tomato and cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Lightly pan-fry the tofu in olive oil, then let it drain to remove excess oil.

Add the tomato to a pan to make the sauce. Season with 1 tablespoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon seasoning powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Add the tofu cubes to the sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes. I fried 1 1/2 blocks of tofu and boiled the remaining half. When mixing the salad, the boiled tofu blends with the veggies and sauce, making it extra creamy and delicious. If you have silken tofu, add it in for even better flavor.

Chop the curly lettuce and place it in a bowl. Add sliced cucumber if you like. Pour the tofu and tomato sauce mixture on top, then sprinkle with roasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds for extra flavor. For a more filling meal, add some rice. If you like it spicy, add a little chili sauce. Toss everything together and enjoy!
