Oats and methi-palak are rich in fiber they help control blood sugar levels and steaming process is minimal use of oil for great option for weight watcher.
Steps

Collect all ingredients.

Combine all ingridents for muthia in a bowl and mix well.

And knead into a soft dough using little water.

Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical roll.

Arrange roll on a drive and steam in a steamer on a high flame for 10 minutes.

Remove and keep aside to cool a slightly for 5 minutes and cut 1/2" slices and keep aside.

For tempering :- heat oil in a small non stick pan and add the mustard seeds when crackle add sesame seeds and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

Pour the tempering over the muthia pieces and toss it lightly.

Serve hot with the tea and green chutney.
