Ingredients

15 pieces
  • 2 2/3 cupsshredded coconut (about 250 grams)
  • 1 cupalmond flour (about 100 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonsclarified butter (about 100 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonserythritol or stevia
  • 1 ounce85% dark chocolate, chopped (about 30 grams)
  • 1/2 packetvanilla baking powder
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flours and baking powder in a bowl, melt the butter using a double boiler.

  2. 2

    Combine the melted butter with the flours and mix well, add the eggs, previously beaten, to the mixture and finish with the chocolate pieces.

  3. 3

    Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and form small balls with slightly wet hands.

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
