Ingredients

  • 1mango
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tspagar agar powder
  • 1 cupwhip cream
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • For mango sauce----
  • 50 grammango puree
  • 20 ml.water
  • For garnishing----
  • as neededSome mango pieces
  • as neededBlack grapes

Steps

  1. 1

    Make puree of mango

  2. 2

    Heat milk and add agar agar powder

  3. 3

    Stir continiously

  4. 4

    Add sugar

  5. 5

    When it become thick turn off gas

  6. 6

    Take whipped cream and add 1/2 mango puree

  7. 7

    Whisk and then add milk mix

  8. 8

    Add this mix in a bowl and keep in freeze to set for 1 an hour

  9. 9

    Take remaining puree and add water in it

  10. 10

    Whisk and pour it upon pudding

  11. 11

    Garnish with mango pieces and grapes

  12. 12

    Serve cold
