Take oil in a pan, let it heat up,when the oil gets enough hot,add jeera and wait for it to get brown, then add paste of onion and garlic to it,when it gets brown add grinded green chillies to it. Now add curd to it, now wait for,it till oil start showing on surface when oil gets separate add potatoes to it by mashing them by hands in rough size, then add little water to it to make a thick gravy,let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Your recipe is ready serve it with green coriander leaves
