Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChicken Kaleeji
  • 1/2 kgTomatoes
  • 2 tbspGinge garlic paste
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 tbspRed chili powder
  • 4-6Green chilies
  • Fenegureek leaves 1 tsp
  • 1 tspCorainder powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspYogurt
  • leavesCorainder
  • Ginger juiline cut
  • Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil, Gingee garlc paste and fry.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and all spices,mx well until the tomatoes add mix all.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt and Chicken kaleji, Cook on medium flame.

  4. 4

    At the end, add ginger, corainder leaves and green chillies.

  5. 5

    Chicken kaleji karahi is ready
