Heat oil. Fry bottle gourd and potatoes.

Add all leftovers gravies.

Add biryani masala and adjust salt.

Now add water 1 and half cup let it simmer.

Add rice cook it till all water dries. Keep on very low flame for about half hour with lid properly covered.

Serve it with memoni kachumer.
