Ingredients

  • 250 gurad dal washed( soak for 1 night) / black gram
  • 2potato boiled
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 bowlimli ki chutney / tamarind dip
  • 1 tbsp dhania ki chutney / coriander dip
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • 1/2 spoonbhuna jeera / roasted cumin
  • 1 big bowlcurd / dahi
  • 1/2banana
  • 1/2 bowlpomegranate seeds
  • 1 pieceginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind urad dal. Beat it with salt perfectly. Leave it for 1/2 hour. Fry this dal like pakoras and make bhalle of it.

  2. 2

    Now put these bhallas in water. Peel and cut potato. Grind dahi. Now take bhallas and separate their water.

  3. 3

    Now take them in a finishing plate and put cutted potato on them. Cut ginger in long pieces.

  4. 4

    Cut banana. Put it, potato and pomegranate on it. Now pour dahi, imli ki chutney and dhania ki chutney.

  5. 5

    Now pour all salt and spices on it and serve it and eat it 😋.
