Grind urad dal. Beat it with salt perfectly. Leave it for 1/2 hour. Fry this dal like pakoras and make bhalle of it.

Now put these bhallas in water. Peel and cut potato. Grind dahi. Now take bhallas and separate their water.

Now take them in a finishing plate and put cutted potato on them. Cut ginger in long pieces.

Cut banana. Put it, potato and pomegranate on it. Now pour dahi, imli ki chutney and dhania ki chutney.

Now pour all salt and spices on it and serve it and eat it 😋.
