Clean the florets and soak them in hot water with little salt for 10 minutes. Then remove the water and finely chop them. Into a pan add cumin seeds, then add finely chopped Gobi to it and sauté.

Add in the salt and fry until it’s cooked with a lid. Once it’s cooked add the pepper powder and finely chopped coriander to it and fry.

The stuffing will look like as shown in the pic. Roll the chapatis and keep the stuff and carefully seal it as shown in the pic.

Carefully roll them like parathas. Now toast it on both sides with ghee/ oil as you prefer. And it’s ready to be served hot with curd and pickle.
