  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2.5 Tmayo
  • 1 Twhite vinegar
  • 3 Tlemon juice
  • 3 Twhite onion
  • 3 Tolive oil
  • to tastechili powder
  • 2 Ttobasco
  • 1/2 cupsour cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cupcream cheese (optional)

    Use food processor to finely chop cilantro stems.

    Add the cilantro leaves and rest of the ingredients.

    Process until finely combined.
