Ingredients

Well peeled potatoes
1 pinchsalt
1/2 tea spoonblack pepper
1/2 tea spoonginger
You can add more spices of your choice

Steps

Cut your potatoes into halves
2

Mix all your spices then apply them on the potatoes.
3

Smear some oil on the baking dish then place your potatoes on it
4

Let it bake for 15 -20 minutes depending on how much crunchy you want them to be
